What is your shipping policy?

DOMESTIC

We provide FREE shipping to all U.S states.

INTERNATIONAL

We also ship worldwide working with different couriers so fees vary. Select your destination and shipping fee will be calculated automatically. Typically it takes 7-20 business days after the order has been processed (pending stock availability).

 

What about warranty?

DOMESTIC

One year free full warranty* for all U.S costumers plus additional two-year limited warranty. (customers will cover shipping and cost of parts)

INTERNATIONAL

One year labor and part warranty* (excluding shipping) for all international costumers plus additional two-year limited warranty. (customers will cover shipping and cost of parts)

*Excessive commercial usage is not covered by our warranty policy (for instance - more than three ceramic burr replacements within six months is considered excessive)

 

Can I return it if I change my mind?

We provide 14-days no-question-asked return policy for all customers. Customers will be responsible for return shipping cost. Returned products must be in it's original unused/new state with all accessories and packages intact. 

 

Will LUME grinder be compatible with different voltage standards in various countries?

LUME is recharged via a standard USB cable, it won't have voltage compatibility issue.

 

Can you please give me the exact setting for a certain level of ground?

First of all we have a basic burr adjustment instruction here please have a read. Because other factors like the type of the beans you use and how well-done they are roasted will greatly alter the result, we recommend to do a few test grinds to achieve your desired ground with your favorite bean then remember the setting using the marker on the burr.

We will improve this process in our next version of design.
